“Spring Salad” with eggs

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
2 heads of lettuce (curly or regular)
3 bunches of radishes
2 bunches of green onions
2-3 cucumbers
3-4 tomatoes (for a more colorful look, you can use red and yellow cherry tomatoes)
A few slices of cottage cheese
100g green olives
3-4 slices of Prague ham
2 hard-boiled eggs
For the Dressing:
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper

PREPARATION METHOD

Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly under cold running water. Do the same with the rest of the vegetables.
Tear or chop the lettuce as preferred. Slice the radishes, green onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes into thin pieces.
Place all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
Cut the cottage cheese and Prague ham into small cubes and add them to the bowl along with the green olives.
Hard-boil the eggs, then either slice them for decoration or mix them into the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
