Spicy Tomato Wings

////////////////

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, hot sauce, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and honey. Stir well to create a smooth, spicy glaze.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken wings and cook until they are golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.

Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a mixing bowl. Pour the spicy tomato sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated. Related: Rich Silky.

Arrange the coated wings back on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and caramelize.

Serve the wings hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or extra hot sauce if desired. Enjoy with a side of cooling dip like ranch or blue cheese.
