- 210 g blueberries
- 190 g peach
- 350 ml cold water
- 240 ml sparkling water
- 180 g ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 4 g fresh mint
Prepare blueberries and peach first, removing pits, tough skins, or coarse stems as necessary. Chill the fruit and liquids beforehand so the finished drink stays refreshing longer, during final cooking.
Combine the prepared ingredients with the recipe liquids and sweetener. Process gradually, beginning at lower speed or stirring slowly, then increase only until everything looks evenly integrated, when serving later.
Check the consistency with a spoon before serving. Thin the mixture with a splash of liquid, or strengthen the flavor with citrus, fruit, or herbs in small amounts, before serving.
Set out clean chilled glasses and prepare fresh garnish while the mixture rests briefly. Keep decorative additions simple so the color and texture remain visually clear, for the best texture.
Divide the drink evenly between glasses, taking care to distribute fruit solids or foam consistently. Add garnish immediately afterward instead of letting it sink during storage, through the final stage.
Serve the drink cold, tasting once more after pouring. Adjust individual glasses with citrus or sweetener only when necessary rather than changing the entire finished batch, for a cleaner finish.
Serve Sparkling Blueberry Peach Slushie at the proper temperature and with a restrained matching garnish. Store leftovers promptly, then reheat, chill, or refresh them according to the dish, if necessary.
