Salmon with Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

– 2 pieces of salmon (approximately 200 g each)
– 1 bunch of green asparagus
– Olive oil
– 1 orange
– Butter
– Pepper
– Lemon for serving
– Salt

PREPARATION METHOD

1. Melt one tablespoon of butter with one teaspoon of olive oil in a pan. Drizzle the salmon pieces with orange juice and place them in the pan. Cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, clean the asparagus and boil it in salted water for 5 minutes. Then remove it from the water.
3. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the asparagus in the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Season both the salmon and the asparagus with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the salmon and asparagus on two plates with lemon wedges on the side.
