INGREDIENTS

**Ingredients for the Smoothie:**
– 1 ripe banana
– 150 g raspberry skyr (Icelandic yogurt)
– 1 teaspoon liquid honey
– 70 g raspberries

**For Serving:**
– 50 g raspberries
– 20 g coconut flakes
– Chia seeds
– Goji berries
– 20 g natural pistachios, chopped

PREPARATION METHOD

1. **Prepare the Smoothie:**
– Slice the ripe banana into medium-sized pieces.
– Add the banana slices, 70 g of raspberries, and 150 g of raspberry skyr into a blender.
– Pour in 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, preferably acacia honey for its mild and sweet flavor.
– Blend the mixture for a few minutes until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

2. **Serve:**
– Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
– Decorate the top with 50 g of fresh raspberries, 20 g of coconut flakes, a sprinkle of chia seeds, a few goji berries, and 20 g of chopped natural pistachios.
