INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh, if you prefer)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup coconut water (or any preferred liquid like almond milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
a few ice cubes (optional for extra chill)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional for added nutrients)

PREPARATION METHOD

Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, raspberries, mango chunks, coconut water, Greek yogurt, and honey/maple syrup.
Add optional ingredients: If you’d like to add chia or flax seeds for a nutrient boost, toss them in! Vanilla extract can also add a nice touch.
Blend until smooth: Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the smoothie is creamy and well-combined.
