Lara Flynn Boyle, the actress known for her role in “Twin Peaks,” was recently photographed celebrating her 53rd birthday.
Recognized for choosing to live more privately in recent years, especially after being criticized for altering her appearance through cosmetic procedures, the actress was photographed outside her home in Los Angeles.
Despite marking her birthday, she didn’t do anything special. In the pictures taken by photographers, she is seen taking out the trash, dressed in casual attire.
Specifically, the Hollywood sensation chose to wear sweatpants, paired with a plaid shirt and a corduroy jacket, presenting herself in a completely different light.
In June 2021, she gave an interview discussing her new film, which was released after a hiatus of over five years.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Boyle, who was promoting the action drama “Death in Texas,” dismissed the notion that it was a comeback role, stating, “I never went anywhere.” Furthermore, Lara stated she wasn’t afraid “to look like hell” in the new film.
“It was a commitment to myself to enter this project without vanity,” she said of the role she received. “I said to myself: Ok, I’m going to look like hell. Make me look even worse than I already do. It was selfishness, again, it was like going back to acting class.”
