- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup mango, peeled and diced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 peach, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice them. Halve the grapes, and peel and chop the kiwi and mango.
- Dice the peach and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Arrange all the prepared fruits in a large bowl, creating a colorful medley of textures.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the fruit mix to enhance sweetness. This step is optional, depending on your preference for sweetness.
- Gently toss the fruits together using a spoon or your hands. Be careful not to mash or damage the delicate fruit pieces while mixing.
- Once mixed, garnish the salad with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and a pop of color. Mint will also provide a refreshing aroma.
- Refrigerate the fruit salad for about 15 minutes before serving. This helps the flavors meld together, creating a refreshing, chilled dish.
