CHILLED MANGO PASSIONFRUIT COOLER

INGREDIENTS
  • 190 g mango
  • 270 g passionfruit pulp
  • 300 ml cold water
  • 200 ml sparkling water
  • 160 g ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 12 g fresh mint

Add mango, passionfruit pulp, the remaining liquids, sweetener, and ice to a chilled blender or pitcher. Arrange softer ingredients first so they combine quickly without excessive processing, for better texture.

Blend or stir until the mixture becomes smooth and evenly colored. Pause once to scrape the sides or redistribute fruit, then continue only until the texture looks consistent, if necessary.

Taste the drink before making adjustments. Add extra citrus for brightness, a little sweetener for balance, or more liquid when the mixture feels heavier than intended, for a cleaner finish.

Chill the serving glasses while the drink settles. Prepare a restrained garnish using fresh fruit, herbs, or citrus that echoes the main flavors without overwhelming them, before serving it immediately. Related: MANGO SMOOTHIE.

Pour the drink slowly into the prepared glasses, distributing fruit, foam, or bubbles evenly. Leave enough space at the top for garnish and comfortable stirring before serving, for better texture.

Serve immediately while the temperature and texture remain at their best. Avoid leaving blended or sparkling drinks standing too long because separation and dilution develop quickly, through the final stage. Related: FRESH FOOD.

Serve Chilled Mango Passionfruit Cooler at the proper temperature and with a restrained matching garnish. Store leftovers promptly, then reheat, chill, or refresh them according to the dish, before serving.
