INGREDIENTS

1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
1 cup tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated fontina cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Prepare the Dough: If you’re using homemade pizza dough, roll it out into a circle on a floured surface. If you’re using pre-made dough, follow the instructions on the packaging for rolling it out.

Assemble the Pizza: Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza peel if you’re using a pizza stone. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

Add the Cheeses: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce. Then, scatter the crumbled gorgonzola, grated Parmesan, and grated fontina cheese over the mozzarella.

Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. If you’re using a pizza stone, slide the pizza onto the hot stone in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Garnish and Serve: Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice the pizza and serve hot.
